25 Years of Elmore PR: 2017

2017 is a big year for Elmore Public Relations—we’re celebrating our 25th anniversary! For the past 25 years, our agency has been working with numerous clients to help them achieve their goals, or as we say – connecting strategy, expertise and results. Each week we’re highlighting a year of Elmore PR.

In the penultimate installment of our 25th anniversary blog series, we took a look back at some of our favorite commercial real estate projects. We kicked off our blog series on Thursday, April 27 and now here we are – 25 blog posts later. This week is very special as we’re not just looking back in time, but looking to the future as well.

2017

Last Wednesday, October 18, we were joined by friends, family, former colleagues and clients new and old for a big celebration at The Dunlavy in honor of our 25th anniversary. We had the opportunity to laugh, share old memories and make new ones with the people who have helped us reach this exciting milestone. To everyone who was able to celebrate with us, thank you. One of the big reasons that we’ve made it to 25 years is because of the unwavering support that you’ve given us, and we couldn’t imagine celebrating without you. Relive some of our favorite moments from the celebration by checking out photos from our party.

We’ve spent the last few months digging through files and photos, talking with longtime clients and friends and searching for news articles in an effort to recap the last 25 years of Elmore PR. Our blog series highlighting our favorite moments was a true team effort. Our staff volunteered to write blogs covering the past two decades of business, and we were very fortunate enough to have a few special appearances along the way. To our team, former colleagues and to Kim Castillo, Bob Eury, Karen Webb, Doug Suggitt and Anne Olson, thank you all so much for your contributions to this series.

From working with our first client, the Theater District, to celebrating our 25th anniversary, a lot has happened in the span of two-and-a-half decades. We’ve been fortunate enough to work alongside some of Houston’s most incredible organizations, all of whom are working tirelessly to make a positive impact on our city. From groundbreakings and re-brandings to ribbon cuttings and fundraising events, we’ve had the opportunity to work on so many different projects over the course of 25 years. So, what’s next?

We hope to continue to help organizations around the Houston area and beyond bring awareness to their projects by connecting strategy, expertise and results. We want to be able to help them champion their causes and help them grow their organizations. As for internally, we hope that our home on West Saulnier Street will continue to be a hub for personal and professional growth and for our team to never stop learning.

Thank you so much to everyone who has read and shared our blog posts over the last few months. We hope you’ve enjoyed this trip down memory lane as much as we have. If you want to keep following our adventures, we encourage you to follow us on our newly-launched Instagram account.

Stay tuned to find out what’s next for Elmore PR!
