Lenny joined Elmore Public Relations as Senior Account Manager in 2020. She brings her competencies as a corporate and internal communications strategist to our client Harris County Flood Control District, supporting outreach initiatives for the Addicks, Barker, and Buffalo Watersheds.

Prior to joining our Elmore team, Lenny worked with the Social Impact and Global Inclusion teams at 21CF (formerly 21st Century Fox) where she was responsible for the national expansion of their colleague volunteer program and the global launch of Inclusion Week. These initiatives established 21CF as a socially-minded thought leader, earning the company a finalist spot in the 3rd Annual Shorty Social Good Awards.

Locally, Lenny helped develop the media strategy for the City of Houston’s Arts and Cultural Plan and led the Houston Public Library’s summit to explore the City’s standards of social impact. Her early career was spent in New York City, working alongside teams at Hunter Public Relations, Edelman PR, and MSL Group earning global attention for leading brands like Diageo, 3M, Motorola, Tabasco, Altoids, and Kraft Foods.

Lenny has a passion for social responsibility. In 2009, she founded Mandala House, a global nonprofit offering self-recovery mindfulness programs for war-affected youth in post-conflict zones, including: Sri Lanka, Uganda, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Her work, in collaboration with Canadian researchers, will be published in late 2020. Lenny also enjoys testing new vegetarian recipes, traveling, and long walks with her dog Squirrel.
