OPERATIONS MANAGER

Angela Roland joined Elmore in December of 2018 as office manager. With more than 25 years of business operations experience, Angela is responsible for all office management and bookkeeping functions within the firm. She manages records, coordinates office operations, ensures organizational effectiveness, and is a primary interface with firm vendors. She provides crucial support to Susan Elmore, Jennie Roberts, and the Elmore team members in virtually all aspects of daily operations. Angela participates and provides key support for business development, the brand team, and human resources functions for the agency.

Prior to joining Elmore, Angela served in management of operations, marketing, business development, and human resources roles in the hospitality, engineering, and financial industries. She has prior experience leading event efforts for both client and corporate affairs. She also has experience with marketing initiatives and rebranding such as logo development, marketing materials, and website/social media management.

Originally from Houston, and now living in Dallas, Angela finds fulfillment in her role as the social chairperson for her community HOA. She loves attending live events such as the theatre or concerts with close friends, as well as shopping with her daughter, Kennedi, at small boutiques and thrift stores. Angela volunteers in her free time with Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF). Angela and her husband, Kenny, are avid bourbon collectors and enjoy sharing their finds with friends and colleagues. Held most dear and close to her heart, are her two rescue dogs, Primrose and Shay.
