Jennifer returned to Elmore in March 2022 as project director and senior communications strategist, leading internal training initiatives, managing external partner relationships, and contributing to multiple client teams. She previously served on the Elmore team as an account manager from 2005 to 2008.
Jennifer’s work has earned recognition from industry leaders such as the Public Relations Society of America and the International Association of Business Communicators — most recently taking top “Best of Show” honors at the 2025 IABC Bronze Quill Awards.
Clients and Elmore team members alike value the atmosphere of support, collaboration, and cohesiveness Jennifer brings. A true team player, Jennifer strives to connect with everyone she works with, ensuring each person feels heard, understood, and secure in their roles. A multi-tasking and organization pro, Jennifer has an innate ability to take complex, multi-layered challenges and break them down into clear, manageable processes with achievable paths to success.
Jennifer is a graduate of The University of North Texas where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a specialty in Public Relations and a minor in Business Marketing. While she considers herself a proud Texan, Jennifer does enjoy venturing beyond state lines – whether setting out on a traditional summer road trip or adding a new stamp to her passport. A few of her most memorable expeditions include going on safari in Kenya, seeing the Taj Mahal, paragliding in Colombia, and repelling down waterfalls in Costa Rica. On more lowkey out of office or weekend days, you can find her at the park with her two rescue dogs (Cooper and Callie).
