Elmore 2024 Employee Highlights Campaign

The Elmore Employee Highlights campaign was designed to showcase the people behind the agency, highlighting not only their professional contributions but also their passions and interests outside of the office. The purpose was to humanize the Elmore brand, foster stronger connections with audiences, and reinforce the company’s culture as a differentiator.

Elmore initiated this campaign as part of its ongoing brand-building efforts to expand social presence and deepen engagement across platforms. With growing emphasis on company culture and talent retention in the communications industry, the need arose in early 2024 to spotlight the diverse interests and experiences of employees as a way to both celebrate the team and strengthen external perception of Elmore as a people-first agency.

The goals of the campaign were to: increase audience engagement, build authentic visibility for team members, and position Elmore as an agency that values its people as much as its work. The objectives for the campaign were to align with standard performance benchmarks, driving approximately 5,000 impressions, generating around 750 engagements, and achieving an average engagement rate of 10%. Strategies included developing a monthly cadence of employee highlight posts, pairing professional portraits with personal narratives, and curating engaging captions that celebrated employees’ lives outside of work. 

The campaign ran from March 28 to December 2, 2024, and generated 8,148 impressions, 1,960 engagements, and an average engagement rate of 24.1% across 35 posts, demonstrating the power of people-focused content in building brand affinity and driving meaningful interaction.
