Over the last year, the Harris County Engineering Department (HCED) has experienced internal and external growth through new hires, approved Bond projects, and environmental focuses. With anticipated enhanced visibility of the department, HCED hired Elmore to conduct media training for key leadership. As part of this effort, Elmore formulated key messages that reflected the organization’s commitment to creating a better Harris County, designed a customized media training with relevant scenarios for each participant, and conducted media training sessions for upper management with the goal of equipping them with the tools and confidence to interact with media, stakeholders, and the public with ease.
