A note from Jennie

As many of you may know, I’ve worked alongside Susan Elmore for more than 15 years, most recently as Elmore’s vice president.

Today, I’m proud to announce that I’ve stepped into the role of managing principal, and I couldn’t be more excited to lead Elmore into the future. Joining me in leadership are three principals who are seasoned communications leaders and longtime members of the Elmore team: Jennifer Brandino, Cynthia Hurrington and Jennifer Jordan.

Our founder Susan has transitioned out of her role as president but remains part of the team as an advisor with a focus on business development.

Nothing about our work with our partners changes. We’re committed to preserving what makes Elmore strong — our culture, values and commitment to quality client service.

Susan’s leadership shaped this firm. She created space for us to grow and built something worth carrying forward. It’s a legacy we’re honored to continue.

Thank you for the trust you place in us. We’ll continue to earn it through the care and consistency you’ve come to expect.

We look forward to what’s ahead.

Jennie

A note from Susan

When I started Elmore more than 30 years ago, I couldn’t have imagined the opportunity we would have to support so many of the projects and leaders shaping Houston.

In recent years, I’ve been intentional about positioning the firm for the future to ensure it continues to evolve and grow. I have complete confidence in the new leadership team stepping forward. I’ve worked alongside them for many years and know they will lead Elmore forward in meaningful ways.

While I’ve stepped back from day-to-day management, I remain actively involved, focused on business development and supporting the leadership team.

The strength of this firm has always been its people, and that has never been truer than it is today. I’m proud of what we have built and confident in what comes next.
